Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention
Recovery Through Rehabilitation
Often the last part of what is needed to get patients to better health, is rehabilitation. We incorporate stretching, passive and active exercises, core stability, behavioral modifications and more to your treatment plan to get you the best results. Dr. Curtis provides rehabilitation exercises for injuries related to sports, work, motor vehicle accidents and general repetitive stress syndromes.

Core Exercises
The core is what links the upper and lower body. The core is the area around your waist and back that is often the weak point for many types of injuries. Making sure the core area is functioning well is especially important in achieving your athletic goals without getting injured.
Other exercises we may use include:
Hip, knee, and foot care
Neck and lower back strength and endurance
Shoulder stabilization and rehabilitation
