What is the Graston Technique?
The Graston Technique, sometimes referred to as Graston Therapy, is a highly effective way to approach stubborn soft tissue injuries or conditions that won’t go away. A stainless steel tool is applied to an area of the body that has scar tissue or adhesions and is “rubbed” along those paths to reduce the problem. What I mean is, we use the Graston tool to act like a sander, rubbing down the rough spots, helping the body break down those tough scar tissue areas. Benefits are noticed within 3-5 visits, and can sometimes take longer.
